Elaine is an experienced music industry professional who has collaborated with artists, organisations, and communities to develop, deliver, and evaluate creative projects including festivals, tours, album releases, and special events. 

As a co-founder of label services company ECN Music, Elaine provides strategic support and professional development to emergent and established artists.

As an educator, Elaine shares her knowledge with young people and students at HE establishments including BIMM Brighton, Guildhall School of Music & Drama, and the Royal Academy of Music.
