  • Our pricing is tailored to the scale & complexity of your application. We’ll always give you a clear quote up front. Most projects fall between £600–£2,500 booking fee. For larger-scale or multi-phase work, we offer staged planning & payment options.

  • We recommend starting at least 6–8 weeks before the funder’s deadline. This gives us time to shape your ideas, build a strong case, & avoid last-minute stress. If your deadline is sooner, get in touch, we’ll see what’s possible.

  • A clear idea, a rough budget, & basic project partners are a great start. If you’re unsure whether you’re ready, book a 15-min intro call, we’ll talk you through what’s needed & how we can help.

  • That depends on the fund. For Arts Council England, most individuals apply for £20,000–£30,000; organisations can go higher. We help you decide what’s realistic based on your idea, capacity, & the strength of your case.
