Fleur Williams

Fleur Williams is a Welsh writer, producer, and cultural strategist working at the intersection of arts, community development, and social justice. Based in the South West, she supports underrepresented communities to access funding, co-design equitable programmes, and build the infrastructure needed to lead sustainable cultural work.

She has raised over £2 million for organisations including  Babbasa, Trinity Community Arts, Diverse Artists Network, Spike Island, and Bristol Refugee Festival. She currently supports grassroots cultural development across the UK through Sasolo Arts & Development, while also advising FirstGens UK and Working Class Creatives Database.

Fleur’s writing and research explore access, representation, and power within culture, from interviewing leaders in the nighttime economy to supporting evaluation and narrative work with Compass Presents. Her practice blends critical research, participatory methodologies, and deep sector knowledge, shaped by experience and academic grounding.

An associate on the Young Arts Fundraisers’ Evolve programme, Fleur holds an MSc in Migration and Mobility from the University of Bristol.
